Cataloxy.ru gives you an opportunity to post your company’s jobs and search for appropriate candidates' CVs for free.

To add a jobs, register your company in our catalog, because all jobs are posted on behalf of a specific company.

If you do not have a registered company or you are an individual, please use our free billboard.

Rules and Recommendations for Filling out the Form

• To post a job, login to your Personal Account and choose the Add Job option.
• You can only post jobs under relevant headings according to the company's scope of activities or type of job description. Choose heading(s) under which your job will be displayed before you fill out the form.
• Choose the expiration date in the Valid until field. You can edit the date later. When a job expires, it is moved to the Jobs Archive section.
• Indicate the name of the job in the Position field. Do not enumerate several positions separated by commas or other separators. Do not indicate additional information in the job name, as it will negatively impact your post’s searching capacity, rating and accessibility by candidates. Correct:System administrator
  Incorrect: Company needs a system administrator; Accountant, auditor, janitor needed.
• Clearly specify your company's requirements, responsibilities and working conditions in the Job Description according to the template provided. When filling in the fields, follow the examples and tips in the form. You can also specify additional information as needed.
• We do not limit the number of characters in this field. The form should be filled out for one job only. It is forbidden to post several jobs in one form by listing their descriptions. Such job posts will be removed.
• You can post a job both as a direct employer and as an employment agency.
• Indicate expected salary in the Salary field or check the Negotiable box. We highly recommend the first option because candidates often ignore jobs flagged with negotiable salary. You may indicate the salary in the currency of the country your company is registered in.Attention: The salary is entered without spaces.
• Contact Details field will be automatically filled in with the information you have indicated in previous ads or in the registration form. Edit them if needed. Your е-mail you have indicated is not displayed on the job page, however, a user can send you a message via a contact form on our website. Messages sent from the website will be stored in the Inbox section of your Personal Account. A copy of notification will be immediately sent to your e-mail.
• You can edit or remove the job at any time. To do this, login to your Personal account, choose a job and click the relevant icon in the upper right-hand corner: - to edit the job, - to remove the job.

Job Removal from the Catalog

• Jobs are partially moderated prior to posting .
• The jobs that are subject to reasonable complaints from the users of Cataloxy.ru, will be removed from the website.
• Should illegal data or information, which may be harmful to other users, be posted, the job will be removed from the website.
• Users, posting any statute-prohibited or immoral publications, are responsible for such posting.
• A notification will be sent to the user if a job is removed. If the users considers this removal unreasonable, they may contact the Help Desk to get explanations.
